This policy explains what information Salto Partners (“we”, “us”) collects through saltopartners.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests: as@saltopartners.com.
Information we collect
When you use the Founder Dependency Index on our Apps page, we collect the details you enter before the questions begin: your business email and phone number, and, if you provide them, your name, company name, role, industry, revenue range and number of employees. We also record whether you would like to receive occasional Salto insights.
Your answers to the assessment questions are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. If you ask Salto for help at the end of the assessment, we receive your request, the topics you select and any message you write. Your scores are sent only if you tick “Include my scores in the request”.
When you email us, we receive the information in your message.
Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to operate and secure the site.
How we use it
- To follow up with you by email or phone about your assessment results and any help you request.
- To send occasional Salto insights, only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message or emailing us.
- To operate, secure and improve our website.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site: our website host (GoDaddy), where submissions are stored, and Google, whose Gmail service delivers notification emails to our team. We may also disclose information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep assessment contact details and help requests for up to three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing as@saltopartners.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor them.
Security
Submissions are stored in an area of our website that only our administrators can access, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
